So happy with my purchase! I liked an item in this shop; as it was a one-of-a-kind, Rikki said she and her husband could make something similar. After a couple of emails, we wound up with a completely different, totally personalized item, which matched exactly what I wanted. Rikki's responses were friendly, and quick! Not only did she have the item ready by my requested date, but she and her husband personally delivered it, free of charge! Upon delivering it (beautiful!), they installed it. Afterwards, Rikki realized that the underside of the cabinet would be seen, should someone look up under it (as we hung the cabinet rather high). I said I'd just paint it white, but she insisted on sending a small pot of her white paint. I can't say enough great things. Will happily recommend this shop to anyone!

Can't say enough great things about Rikki and Vincent. They are so responsive and a total pleasure to work with. I needed shelving installed for two closets in my pre-war apartment (very high ceilings). They went above and beyond, matching the molding on the new shelves to the existing shelves and painting them the same color. All the shelves now match and look like they've been there forever. Rikki and Vincent traveled from RI to NY to do this job and didn't charge extra for this. Their prices are very reasonable. They're creative and helpful when working with their customer to ensure a custom job that exceeds expectations. Next time I need any kind of custom piece of furniture, I will certainly try to work with this company first before trying other options! In fact, this is my third purchase from this company!

Our vanity and medicine cabinet turned out EXACTLY like we wanted them. Wonderful customer service - Rikki is a great communicator. Asked us pertinent questions and always kept us informed on the progress of the project. She listened to what we wanted and magically transformed our ideas into 3-D! If you are thinking of having any custom cabinetry done, don't hesitate to have them build something for you!

My dresser is just great, quality work and it was very nice to meet her and her husband when the dresser was delivered. Ty Rikki, matches my other pieces and you inspired me to work on the one in the garage....came out great.

They were so friendly and accomidating in their delivery. We ABSOLUTELY LOVE our kitchen hutch! It's the perfect touch to our home! It looks exactly like shown. I did a clear coat on the gray steel for an industrial look. They are solid and heavy. Love the stamped touch! Looks perfect with my walnut slab top. Love, Love, Love it!!!!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this amazing table and the even more amazing Rikki and Vince (the dealers) who not only restored it perfectly, but delivered it to me in Chicago—from Rhode Island! Their work is beyond gorgeous and they did an incredible job rebuilding this tabletop. The finishes and colors they chose were perfection and done so professionally and beautifully that I cannot stop gazing at this table! .I had several questions about the piece before buying it and Rikki could not have been more lovely and helpful. The table is now our kitchen island and everyone who sees it falls in love with it! I am lucky to have it—and to have met such wonderful dealers who are true artists.
